Owned by Monmouth County Park System. 1,600-foot long sandy bay front beach, backed by dunes, trails, wetlands, cliffs. No vehicle access; enter from Shore Drive in &e Highlands. *Proposal to name after Lenape leader who signed 1664 land deed for Navesink Highlands peninsula with English settlers.
