The Preservation Association of the Southern Tier (PAST) is a private, nonprofit, membership organization serving Greater Binghamton, Broome and Tioga Counties in New York State’s Southern Tier. We work for the preservation of historic architectural and cultural resources through educational programs, public advocacy, and technical support.
