Installation of free-call lines
Overview
In order to resolve service delivery issues, the City must be made aware of the problem. To encourage reporting, the City has installed more than 80 FreeCall customer service lines in outlying areas and disadvantaged communities. Residents can use the FreeCall lines to report faults, register complaints and make enquiries, at no cost to themselves. The FreeCall lines are located in municipal housing offices, cash offices, libraries and community halls.
