Kaiser and Calvert Vaux Parks were both featured in Catalyst Round 3 focused on "Bringing People to Waterfront Parks." The goals of Round 3 include:
* Build interest in park destinations through programming and physical improvements
* Increase access and diversity of users of blueways/greenways by connecting local residents to new recreational and educational opportunities
* Help local groups engage effectively in citywide policy and advocacy efforts
* Connect local residents to regional parks and access new recreational and educational opportunities
