Descripción
Este lugar fue despojado de la vegetación para desarrollar un proyecto de vivienda. Sin embargo, el suelo de este terreno es muy frágil sin la cobertura vegetal y se formaron inmensas cárcavas por la escorrentía del agua lluvia, lo que provocó que se detuviera el proyecto de vivienda y que actualmente sea un sitio en el que se debe tener mucho cuidado al transitarlo para no caer en las cárcavas. De igual forma, constituye una oportunidad de desarrollo, aprovechándolo como recurso de ecoturismo y educación ambiental, teniendo presente las medidas necesarias para proteger la salud de quienes lo visitan.
