How are they sustainable: They compost all food waste, paper towels, and other compostable materials as well as recycling paper, plastics, and metals, and have chose food packaging to be either compostable or recyclable whenever possible. They donate extra food from cooking classes to local food banks ensuring no food goes to waste.
