General Zebulon Pike Lock and Dam No. 11 is a lock and dam located north of Dubuque, Iowa on the Upper Mississippi River. It was opened to navigation 14 September 1937.

The lock and dam are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

During the months of December through March there are major concentrations of American bald eagles that winter near the open waters at the Locks and Dams, making this a prime bird watching spot.
