The Native American Community Garden
Overview
The Native American Community Garden is an intergenerational green space maintained by Native American young people and Native American Senior Citizens at the Baltimore American Indian Center. Crops traditionally farmed by Native American people are grown and harvested in raised beds. The produce is used by young people during after school programming to prepare their own snack, or by any community members who wishes to take food home.
