This museum was opened in 1956 as a tribute to Giuseppe Garibaldi, the man who succeeded in creating a unified Italian state and Antonio Meucci, the inventor of the telephone. The museum offers Italian language classes for students K-12, lectures, concerts and many different exhibitions. The museum is open Tuesday-Sunday 1-5 PM.
