Pisticci
Overview
Pisticci is quite the green restaurant that uses only energy from renewable resources, uses biodegradable food containers, and is certified by the Green Restaurant Association, which required steps in energy and water efficiency along with proper recycling and composting. Pisticci also purchases food locally and is 100% Carbon Neutral. In addition to the great food Pisticci also hosts Live Jazz on sundays and an Art Exhibition four times a year.
