Rezumat
Aici se gaseste una dintre cele mai importante statui din Constanta: Statuia lui Ovidiu, dar si Muzeul de Istorie Nationala si Arheologie. De jur imprejurul pietei sunt deschise terase si restaurante cu specifice variate.
Se desfasoara numeroase evenimente: concerte, cinematograf in aer liber etc.
Este un punct de reper al Constantei si, fiind situata in orasul vechi (numele antic - Tomis), piata Ovidiu este o zona turistica foarte frecventata pe tot parcursul anului.
