Natural Art Surf Shop and In The Eye Surfboards offer quality custom surfboards, bodyboards, skimboards, accessories, t-shirts, and handmade shirts and dresses. The shop is located on highway 12 in Buxton, about one mile from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
In 1977 Carol and Scott Busbey transformed an old "Whatsa Burger" with dollar bill gas pumps out front into their first shop. They opened with a dozen surfboards, one case of wax, a dozen leashes and two dozen t-shirts silk-screened by the Busebys.
