Lincoln Middle School

Overview

Lincoln Middle School, home of the Baloos, is located in the beautiful suburban community of Hawthorne in northern New Jersey. We are home to nearly 600 students in grades six through eight with seventy full- and part-time teaching and service staff members. Our mission is to provide an environment that accommodates the uniqueness of the adolescent child and then strives to address his or her educational, emotional, social and physical needs through a strong and varied instructional program and activities. This aim is supported and assisted by an active and enthusiastic Parent Teacher Organization. Every parent and staff member is encouraged to join this very important organization.
