A well scaled example of the Federal style adapted to a contemporary home. The oval porch with its attenuated columns and the extravagant details on the overhead Palladian window are exceptional and make the home one of the finest examples of this mode in Montclair.This historic house, a Colonial Revival style house built in 1922, is listed on New Jersey's Register of Historic Places.
