概览
位於彰員路花壇國中北側，日治時期為神社所在地，光復後國軍部隊駐紮，民國42年設立陸軍803醫院營舍，後醫院遷移至台中，換成通訊兵營進駐，多年後通訊兵營他遷，又成為公兵營辦公保修、補給營地，民國89年由花壇鄉公所生回管理。門口設有長沙社區守望相助隊。
