源裕碾米工廠
Overview
埔心的碾米廠分佈在各村裡，新館源裕碾米廠是少數僅存仍有營業的工廠。源裕碾米廠成立於民國50年，經歷了50年來的歲月，從收購米糧、碾成糙米、包裝到運銷，或是村內人家碾米，都能做得盡善盡美，深獲地方的讚賞。
目前源裕米廠的碾米機還能正常運轉操作，每當學校師生來訪參觀，想瞭解稻穀碾成白米的過程時，工廠主人就開動碾米機，熱心地詳細解說。甚至把早期的人工磨米機（土礱）、杵臼舂米等古老知識，都生動說明一番，讓新時代的年經師生，也能明白先前農民的辛勤勞苦。
