New York City Accelerator for a Clean and Renewable Economy (NYC ACRE) is an incubator for clean technology and renewable energy start-up companies that are helping to transition New York City to a low-carbon future and is just through the Holland Tunnel from JC.

After 2 years these startups are forced to leave the incubator and grow. Imagine how many of these companies, and their green-jobs, would love to move to loft-space in Jersey City if we had "Wildlife-and-Windmills" throughout our city.
