This appears on both sides of Hwy27, just north of the new subdivision being built north of the school. Given this new development and surge in population, the vital wetland may be under threat. It should be inventoried for its present state and then monitored closely. New residents should be educated regarding the use of fertilizers and pesticides etc in order to keep it healthy. Perhaps the Schomberg Dufferin Marsh org could "take it under its wing" and encourage Nobleton residents to join in its care. I am not suggesting making walkways etc, but a few signs indicating its fragility and benefits would be helpful.
