老街溪河川教育中心
Overview
全國第一個以河川為主題的環境教育中心，場館建築坐落於老街溪畔，由原有兩棟客家古厝改建而成，主要介紹有關老街溪的河川整治過程、河川生態等資料，入口處有四座時光隧道溜滑梯，供來訪小朋友遊憩體驗。平日提供預約導覽解說服務讓訪客有系統地獲知老街溪的環境、歷史背景、水資源處理、生態工法的奧妙…等相關資訊。全年定期舉辦大型競溪、園遊會、自然體驗、夜間開館DIY及暑期營隊等活動。
