Historic Metal Beam Bridge over Fox Brook
Overview
This single span structure is approximately 23 feet long and 29 feet wide plus two 6 foot wide sidewalks. Multiple 7" deep I-beams are on ashlar abutments. Four unusual angle iron pedestrian guardrails are supported by 4 foot high cast iron posts marked "NJS&L Co.". A concrete flow control weir is integrated with the abutments.
