Llewelyn Park

Public Forest/Natural Area

Overview

No votes yet

This is a narrow strip of woodland consisting of mature broadleaved trees and conifers on the boundary between Llewellyn Park and Llewellyn Heath. There is a lot of dead wood that has been kept in the woodland as it provides a great habitat for fungi and insects. The western boundary of the site is a stream. Llewellyn Park itself has several facilities including a pavillion, bowling green, open grass area and a children’s play area.
