Energy windows, doors, and appliances, Aquasafe septic Aeorbic Treatment Unit (ATU) All fluorescent lighting, daylighted closets. 98% efficiency gas furnace and power-vent hot-water. Extremely tight envelope w / ERV for indoor air quality. Rain barrel for garden watering, permeable crushed stone drive.

Limited parking on site, drive entrance on hill with no berm. Additional parking on Johns Rd, just S.W. of property.
Estimated Annual Production:
Passive solar is difficult to quantify. On sunny winter days, the furnace doesn't run!
