Extremely tight envelope w / ERV for indoor air quality. Rain barrel for garden watering, permeable crushed stone drive.

Directions to Site:
Limited parking on site, drive entrance on hill with no berm. Additional parking on Johns Rd, just S.W. of property.

Estimated Annual Production:
Passive solar is difficult to quantify. On sunny winter days, the furnace doesn't run!

$1400-1500 annual
