As advocates of the ULI Mission, the Cleveland District Council Executive Committee has established the following district vision:

* We will strive to become the area industry leader in education, programming and idea exchange for the real estate community, offering a platform to facilitate sustainable and responsible development.
* We will focus on integrating our extensive young leader constituency into the district as a whole, bridging the gap between our young and experienced members to foster the growth of the organization.
* We will continue to operate the district in a fiscally sound way that provides us with the most value for our local membership and provides us the solid foundation to remain a resourceful organization.
