Overview
Candle Cafe opened in 1994. Since then it has completed the most environmental steps in NYC. They have farm to table organically local grown food. They use windmill powered energy, and eco friendly paint,technology and cleaners.They were also one of the first restaurants in NYC to compost. They also use"mean green trucks" that use recycled grease to deliver their produce.
