Overview
ICI aims to offer quality food to customers that is seasonally available in order to showcase the abundance of food that is grown locally. They want to 'develop lasting relationships with farmers' and feels the need to know how and where the produce used at the restaurant is sourced. Catherine, the owner, wants to be confident that she could stand by every dish that she serves.
