Overview
Much more than just another pizza joint in midtown. Pizza a Certe takes pride in locally-sourced ingredients, unbromated flour, fresh tomatoes that have never seen the inside of a can, and utensils and cups made from recycled materials. Enjoy pasta made on-site with organic ingredients, or pizza made from whole wheat and chickpea flours, all with sustainably sourced vendors. Head Chef Edward Sylvia is a big fan of the slow food movement, but the service is anything but!
