Kit Wood started catering in the DC region in 1982. Kit’s Catering began as a vegetarian brown-bag service and continues offering special diets menus and accommodations. Kit renamed her business Green Plate Catering in honor of her growing commitment to sustainable, local, and organic food sourcing and ingredients. Every dish from Green Plate Catering’s kitchen tastes delicious, and it’s good for the Earth.
