Overview
The Magic Gardens are a relatively new feature to Philadelphia, having been primarily created in the 1990's by artist Isaiah Zagar. The name is fairly accurate since the site is a mixture of the beautiful and the strange. Spanning over three city lots, the "gardens" are an outdoor mosaic gallery created with found objects.
