Hilger's Gulch

Overview
Hilger's Gulch is a paved, broad bike and walking path with a one mile loop. The path branches off to the Governors' Grove and can be used as an active transportation route, especially as it is accessible to the 4th Street extension trail. Capitol Creek runs through the middle of the Gulch. The heavy cat tail vegetation makes it a good viewing area for wetland insects and common birds.
