This metro station in College Park, Maryland, provides transportation to the District of Columbia, Virginia, and other areas in Maryland. This station has the Green Line all of the time and the Yellow line during peak hours. This is a sustainable transportation source because it's an efficient use of energy for transportation into D.C./Virginia/other parts of Maryland. It runs every 4 minutes during peak hours, and it’s the fastest way into DC at this time. This is also a great mode of transportation if you are taking Amtrak or have a flight flying out of (or into) Baltimore Washington International (BWI) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). There are two sides to the metro: the Western Entrance- 4931 Calvert Rd, College Park, MD 20740 or Eastern entrance- 4832 Lehigh Rd Riverdale, MD 20737
