Frick Chemistry Laboratory

Overview
The new Frick Chemistry Laboratory was completed in 2010. The building features an estimated 30 percent less energy cost than a comparable off-campus building. Frick Lab is also home to one of the nation's largest academic installations of high-efficiency fume hoods. The building also contains an underground rainwater storage and reuse system. The 12,000-gallon system collects rainwater from the roof and condensate from mechanical systems for reuse to flush toilets.
