Savor Cafe
Overview
Savor Cafe has been open since April, 2008 and has been a "green" business since then. Savor Cafe is located in the former Corrugated Box Building in the Old Manchester District of Richmond, in a former factory that has been adapted for re-use. Savor Cafe utilizes a range of recycled and biodegradable product such as corn-based "to-go" cups and utensils, a compost tumbler for kitchen scraps, and they recycle cans, bottles, boxes, and office papers. Furthermore, Savor Cafe uses as many locally produced organic foods as are available.
