The Moscone Center is San Francisco’s largest exhibition and convention center. In 2004, the Center added a 60,000 square foot solar-powered roof (675 kw solar array), making it one of the country’s biggest solar installation systems owned by a city. The system creates enough power and energy savings created to fuel almost 8,500 households.
