Green Homes & Buildings Pro, Inc. guides developers, building teams, homebuyers and homeowners to incorporate the LEED certification, the ENERGY STAR Label and sustainable principles, products and technologies into their new construction and renovations. They consult within the commercial, institutional, hospitality and residential sectors of the building industry, resulting in streamlined approaches, marketing strategies and high-performance building skills for building teams relevant to all of their future projects. The company’s services also include: LEED administration for firms that want to outsource the certification process.

Green Homes & Buildings Pro became a Sarasota County Green Business Partner in 2008. The Green Business Partnership (GBP) encourages environmental stewardship in the commercial sector, and recognizes businesses that make an extra effort to operate in an environmentally responsible manner. This collaborative effort includes businesses, business organizations and local governments. The GBP was initiated through a grant awarded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to Sarasota County.
