Fordham College at Lincoln Center Mainstage Theater
Overview
The Fordham University Theater Program puts on four mainstage productions a year, two in the fall and two in the spring, and all are open to the public. These productions are directed by faculty and professional guests of the New York City theater community. Fordham students star in the cast of all productions and are the driving force of the backstage direction. Recent productions include, Aphra Behn's, The Rover, The Day Room by Don DeLillo, William Shakespeare's, Hamlet, and Sarita by Maria Irene Fornes. The productions are held at Fordham's Pope Theater which is located at 113 West 60th Street (corner of Columbus Avenue), New York, New York. Each show will run over the course of two weekends (Thursday through Saturday). It is a good idea to call the Box Office and reserve tickets since there is limited space in Pope Auditorium.
