Coed Bach Park







Overview
The park contains semi-natural grassland, scrub, heathland and ancient semi-natural woodland. The woodland dominated by a canopy of Pedunculate Oak with a scrub layer of Bramble and Ivy and ancient woodland indicators such as Tutsan and Common Cow-wheat in the field layer. These support species such as Linnets, Song thrushes, Starlings and Goldcrests.
The park also has open spaces suited to recreational games. Tennis, bowls, rugby and football all have good facilities that are utilised by clubs. Play areas and a BMX track are provided for younger park users.
At the bottom of the park, there are also views of local waterways.
