The community garden was the first thing established by the Friends of Hafod Park group 2 years ago. There are 23 growing beds allocated to people in the community and local schools. Although it is only accessible to ‘bed owners’, it is opened for events and workshops. Water is conserved through using water butts. There is also a large bed outside of the garden that anyone can use.
Meet at the Community Centre (opposite park) on Odo Street.
Search for Friends of Hafod Park on Facebook for more info.
