Mewslade Bay (Green Coast Award 2016)

Overview
The walk to Mewslade is through beautiful woodland owned by The National Trust, which can be accessed from the village of Pitton. Steep coastal paths lead round to other exciting beaches to explore. An expanse of sand is uncovered at low time and the Bay is popular for swimming and surfing.
Always check the weather and local conditions before going in the sea, as some Gower beaches experience strong tides or currents.
