Overview
Skateboarding was invented in the 1930s, and has grown in popularity, along with other sports such as blading and BMX riding. Skate Parks were created to provide a special area for those sporting activities to imporve safety, and to protect public property.
Skate parks are great places to improve your skills and meet other like-minded people.
