—There are no refuges islands or medians for pedestrian crossings across Broadway
— Need for speed bump or other traffic calming measure at the CVS parking lot entrance
— Traffic turning right on Central from Broadway too quickly
— Speed of vehicles is intimidating to pedestrians
— There is no safe biking accommodations
— Speed of vehicles is intimidating for bicyclists

Opportunities:

— Add speed bumps or other traffic calming measures where parking lots and driveways meet sidewalk along Broadway
— A roundabout at Broadway and Wildey could serve to improve traffic flow and reduce idling emissions
