The Waterman building is located on central campus and houses the senior administration, classrooms, deans and department offices, and two food service locations, The total area of the building is approximately 185,985 sqft and there is 44,000 sqft of surrounding land available for wells. The building's current heating and cooling system can be replaced with a geothermal aided, Natural Gas hydronic heating and cooling system.
