Xeriscaped/Bayscaped Garden at Trani Center for Life Sciences
Overview
Conservation landscaping using only locally-adapted plants that reduces long-term landscape maintenance costs for VCU and reduces that amount of polluted water flowing to the James River. The garden also introduces more native vegetation on campus and provides hands-on learning activities and research opportunities.
