Empire Brewing Company uses locally sourced foods whenever possible and has their very own garden in Cazenovia, NY where they grow herbs and vegetables. Empire was also the first business in central New York to use 100% of their power from New York state-produced renewable energy. Not to mention a delicious vegetarian menu options and great beer. Empire brews their own drafts on site, for which they have won several awards.
