271 Seventeenth Street continues the Atlantic Station tradition of efficient and cutting edge design combined with environmental awareness. Completed in April 2009, the LEED™ Gold office tower offers an additional 541,000sf of class A office space to Atlantic Station’s key business address – 17th Street. The building is located at the intersection of 17th Street and District Avenue next to the 201 17th street office building. It was designed by the Atlanta based and internationally renowned architectural firm Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates (TVS). The building is 24 stories above the street level. In addition to the parking located in the deck directly below the building, 271 17th Street has 4 levels of parking located with the base of the building accessible from Atlantic Station street level.
