The building is a five-story building that contains one floor each of animal housing and research space, biomedical technology transfer space, physiology research space and genomic research space. The facility provides the requisite support and service facilities to foster and maintain a state-of-the-art research environment, and the lab floors feature flexible open plan laboratories with lab support spaces and offices.
