Oriental Bamboo is a South African based company, specialising in wholesaling bamboo flooring, decking and boards to the trade. Our clients include flooring installers, outdoor decking specialists, kitchen manufacturers, furniture and door manufacturers.

Oriental Bamboo is manufactured in CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (Environment Management) certified factories. This ensures that the product you receive has been manufactured to strict internationally recognised quality control and production standards.

In addition the factories are registered with the INBAR (International Network for Bamboo and Rattan), thus ensuring the Bamboo is harvested in an manner that supports both social upliftment of local communities and environmentally sensitive management of the Bamboo forests.

Bamboo is environmentally friendly and sustainable, it is not even a hardwood - it is a grass. Being a grass means that it grows easily and is therefore renewable and sustainable.
