What makes them Sustainable: Locally source food whenever possible and during the growing season receive around 80% of our produce from local farms that they have very close partnerships. duo partner farms are printed on menu and any ingredient in their specials that comes from local farms is highlighted. Support only natural animal farms such as Red Bird and Niman Ranch in Colorado, and purchase only fish that is farmed sustainably. Recycle all of our cardboard, glass, plastic and cans and to-go containers are compostable. Also, waste vegetable oil is recycled to power their Volkswagen diesel for deliveries and such.
