Located in the amazing east village of New York City, Finding Sukha Yoga School offers multiple levels of vinyasa asana practice and yoga teacher training. Finding Sukha yoga school offers a comprehensive and exciting 200-hour yoga teacher training certification programs.
The 200-hour teacher-training program is meant for individuals that would like to deepen their yoga practice as well as those that would like to become a yoga teacher. This is a yoga-alliance recognized program and you will be able to start teaching classes upon successful completion. 3-month and 1 month programs are available throughout the year. Finding Sukha Yoga School is located in the Sixth Street Community Center where the Organic Soul Cafe makes wonderful fresh vegetarin food with partnership from the local community supported agriculture program.
