Easy Exit Homes is a local and privately owned company that is actively buying real-estate in South West Florida. Easy Exit Homes assists clients in estate sales, delinquent rental properties, tax issues, late payments and much more. With over 20 years of experience, we have served more than 500 clients; purchasing or servicing in the sale of everything from land to waterfront homes.

Owner and paddleboard enthusiast Jeremiah Leonard is passionate about preserving the environment and is committed to conserving water and energy wherever possible. Bringing his environmental commitment to his business, “means you reach for a broom, instead of a hose to clean sidewalks”, said Leonard. In homes he renovates, abandoned items are reused, donated or recycled. When he discovers that paints and aerosols were left behind in the homes, he brings these items to one of Sarasota County’s Chemical Collection Centers.

Easy Exit Homes became a Sarasota County Green Business Partner in 2013. The Green Business Partnership (GBP) encourages environmental stewardship in the commercial sector, and recognizes businesses that make an extra effort to operate in an environmentally responsible manner. This collaborative effort includes businesses, business organizations and local governments. The GBP was initiated through a grant awarded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to Sarasota County.
