Ithaca Bakery has grown into local institution focused on organic, local, and fair trade products. The owners have gone a step further to turn their shop into a green building. The shop on North Meadow Road makes use of a 15kW Solar Panel system to generate somewhere around 10% of the energy they need to run their high-efficiency equipment.
